Hunting

Big game hunting in Idaho’s Frank Church Wilderness.

Are you ready for the big game hunt and adventure of a lifetime? If so, then you have come to the right place.

The Demorest family first stepped foot on the Diamond D Ranch in 1951 and began big game outfitting in 1960. Today, the Diamond D remains one of the oldest and most well known outfitting businesses in the state of Idaho. Loon Creek runs through the Diamond D Ranch and is one of the main tributaries to the Middle Fork of the Salmon river. At an altitude of 5,785 feet, it is completely surrounded by wilderness and has been in operation for close to 100 years. This is Loon Creek territory, famous for sport fishing and big game hunting, as well as summer vacationing.
