WELCOME TO THE DIAMOND D RANCH

Hosts and Owners Tom and Linda Demorest invite you to the Diamond D Ranch for friendly hospitality, excellent fishing, beautiful hiking, and horse trails, fabulous food.

Diamond D Ranch is located approximately 40 miles north of Stanley, Idaho, and can be accessed by car via the primitive road over Loon Creek Summit, or by charted airplane from Stanley, Challis, Sun Valley or Boise.

Located in the Frank Church Wilderness in the Heart of the Salmon River Mountains, the Demorest family welcomes you to the Diamond D Ranch.

Kara, Tom and Linda's daugher is the Guest Manager and will make sure your stay is exactly as you desire. Leading the way on trail rides, hikes, and making sure you are comfortable with your activites or leisure time is her goal.

Daughter Dana, Ranch Manager is magic with the horses. There are about 40 head of horses at the ranch, all sizes, styles and personalities. Dana is trained in vetraninary medicine and all the stock are watched over with loving care.

Diamond D Ranch is open June 1 through October 15. Set in a Valley at 5,785 feet above sea level, the weather can change quickly.
